(BEYOND BIMINI BRIDGE)

DOT has reevaluated the bridges connecting the outer islands of Duck Key. The Seaview Dr. and Harbor Dr. bridges have REDUCED weight limits. The weight limits on these bridges are as follows:

Bimini - 10 tons
Seaview Dr. - 4 tons
Harbor Dr. - 4 tons

Adjustments to service are as follows:

If you are located beyond the Bimini bridge, but do not have to cross either the Harbor Dr. or Seaview Dr. bridge, your service is curbside and collected by our smallest white garbage truck. Your service days are as follows:

Tuesday - Garbage
Wednesday - Yard Trash
Friday - Recycle
Saturday - Garbage

ALL PICK-UPS WILL BE STARTING AT 5:00 AM. 
PLEASE HAVE YOUR ITEMS OUT THE NIGHT BEFORE!



YARD WASTE REGULATIONS (curbside pick-up)

ONLY grass cutting and tree trimmings will be collected curbside.

Large yard waste items MUST be disposed of in the 20yd roll-off container on Kingston Dr. The smaller truck CANNOT handle these large and bulky items. 


YARD WASTE SERVICE:ONLY grass cuttings and tree trimmings will be collected curbside. LARGE YARDWASTE, WOOD TRUNKS and BRANCHES must be taken to the roll-off. The small truck CANNOT handle these items
IF YOU ARE LOCATED BEYOND THE HARBOR DR. BRIDGE OR THE SEAVIEW DR. BRIDGE

The weight limit of 4 tons set by DOT prohibits our vehicles, including our white compact truck from curbside service EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

There are three 20yd roll off containers placed on Kingston Dr. The site is gated, locked when closed and monitored by Monroe County Solid Waste personnel.

Residents can drop off yard waste and household garbage on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The dumpster drop-off site is closed and locked on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for service performed by MGS.

The drop-off site is CLOSED on Sunday.
PLEASE NOTE!!!!!

ALL FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES MUST BE CALLED IN. THESE ITEMS CANNOT BE COLLECTED IN THE SMALLER TRUCK AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE MADE.
